  My GP recommended I see Sarah for the treatment of a cluster of persistent plantar warts on the bottom of my foot. They had resisted a range of prior treatments and showed no signs of going away of their own accord. Sarah suggested Falknor's technique of needling to stimulate an immune response to the wart virus. In her experience, this had delivered repeated good outcomes. I agreed to the procedure which was administered under local anesthetic. It caused me little discomfort and I was able to walk painlessly afterwards. 10 weeks later the cluster of warts has significantly reduced but not yet gone so the procedure was repeated. This time three of the four warts have disappeared and the 4th is a fraction of its original size but still hanging in there. A solid dose of silver nitrate has further reduced the size and it has now totally disappeared. The soul of my foot is now clear of any hint of plantar wart activity. Sarah is great to deal with, she is interested, engaging and reasonable with her charging. I have found my "go-to" podiatrist for our family and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
